OUR SALES TEAM VISITS THE NEW FACILITIES

Last July the sales team of Arturo Álvarez met in the new facilities for special days. Formal training, opinions and suggestions set a few days full of light.

On July 12th and 13th, the sales team was able to see the process of making Arturo Álvarez’s luminaires up close. From beginning to end, they witnessed the creation of the designs and all the novelties that are being prepared.

The days began with the presentations of the entire team of Arturo Álvarez and a visit to the workspace guided by the manager Marcos Rioseco. At each stop they could see the process of creating some of the most emblematic designs such as NEVO. The tour of the new facilities introduced the entire team in what were to be a few days of training and impressions.

The afternoon kicked off with a presentation on the importance of brand communication given by Xosé Teiga. Then, Miguel Martínez explained the trajectory of the Arturo Álvarez project. With this intervention, a discussion was generated on the needs of the market, the figure of the agent and the differences between the work modes of each of the team members. They examined profiles, designs and ended the day with the creation and analysis of moodboards with the materials and designs of Arturo Álvarez.

July 13th began with a formal training on the sale oriented to the prescription channel by Mireia Cervera. Supported by a presentation of projects by Arturo Álvarez, they finished two intensive days enjoying a traditional gastronomic experience and a guided tour through the old town of Santiago de Compostela.
