Prestigious GreenBuilding EU award to the best refurbishment project

Since 2005 this award recognizes, refurbishment European projects, that use innovative and energy efficient technologies, it recognizes good practices for sustainability and energy saving of the European Union buildings that achieve at least a 25% of energetic savings compared to conventional constructions.

The  refurbishment of Sant Josep del Valle de Nuria building in Cataluña was made by, Jaume Arderiu and Tomàs Moratò from A&M Architects and the lighting project by Punto Luz, both based in Barcelona, the lamps are Shio and Uxi from the Galician lighting company, arturo alvarez.
